Why can’t I upgrade World Of Warcraft?
My trial is expired and I want to upgrade it online, but every time I try and upgrade I get this error:
Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please consider purchasing a retail copy of the game or contacting Billing and Account Services for further assistance.
I have tried multiple credit cards so it isn’t due to invalid information. I’ve tried clearing my cache like suggested to me. I’ve tried different browsers.
Does anyone know why I’m getting this problem?
Uh huh. That’s just an un-fixable problem with the system. Sometimes it gets rejected and nobody knows why. You can either call billing and have them manually do it (easiest way), you can go to the store and purchase the retail version, or you can buy a CD key online where they E-mail it to you. Again, if you’ve done everything that they suggest for this error problem, those are your only options
