class and race to choose in world of warcraft?
i have a lvl 80 already. thinking of starting an alt, which shd i choose and what race. i like things from a more dps point of view but wouldnt mind healing as well. i was thinking shaman name a good class which is fun to play for me.
oh ya also add what kind of spec i shd use
A class that can DPS or heal?
Your options there are: Priest, Shaman, Druid, Paladin.
(Note that Druids and Paladins can also tank.)
I’m not as familier with how to spec as a Shaman.
For leveling…
As a priest: Shadow
Druid: Feral (with maybe 5 points in Restoration early on, so you can shift forms and gain more energy/rage)
Paladin: Retribution
As for which side and race? That’s up to you, assuming it’s a race that can support the class you’ve chosen.
If you choose the same server as your level 80, and the same faction, you can send the alt heirloom gear, which is really freakin’ awesome!
My priest has a 1-handed mace, and some cool shoulder pads. Both of these make me level a lot faster than I would without them, plus they look awesome on the character!
