What does it mean to proc in World of Warcraft?
I’ve been playing for over 2 years, closer to 3 and I have an 80 Hunter, and building up a Holy Paladin. To this day I still have no idea what it means to “Proc”
It means ‘when a special ability triggers’ and can be on an item as well as a talent etc.
For example, if you have Fiery Weapon enchanted on your sword, it will sometimes hit for extra damage. When it does that, it Procs.
It comes from ‘Programmed Random Occurance’
