private server world of warcraft?
Just downloaded world of warcraft and tried to connect to a private server, but its kind of hard, with multiple errors and unclear instructions, could someone give me a step by step guide? thnx alot, i really wanted to play this game. and are private servers the same as the real ones? like they have all the same stuff?
What you want to do when you connect to a private server is to check the patch version of the game. like 2.4.2 is the most recent i think.
What you want to to next is to go to the Wow folder and look for (realmlist.wtf) open that one with notepad.
You should see this line:
set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
change it to: set realmlist wowbeez.no-ip.biz
after you have changed that, you’re gonna have to create an account on the homepage of the private server you’re gonna play on: http://wowbeez.com/
create an account.
wait like 10 mins, and afterwards you may try to log in.
