world of warcraft authentication key problem?
i recently tried to make a world of warcraft account. i bought the game and entered the key when making a new account.
i got to the page where i’m supposed to enter a credit card number and my laptop shutdown on me.
when i tried going back to reenter the authentication key it now tells me the key is invalid no matter how many times i try entering it again.
what am i supposed to do? the game was downloaded onto my laptop and everything but i have no account to play since i never completed registration with them.
i CAN’T contact them cause internation calls are too damn expensive.
is there anything i can do? am i mistaken? did they consider me to have already made an account with them and that’s why my authentication key is invalid now?
please don’t tell me i need to buy the game again to get another key, it was expensive…
You can contact them through email, go to the website, also one mistake people seem to make is mixing i and L’s zeros and o’s.
Also make sure if you did do an account your using the same log in and password. Have you tried just logging on with the account log in and password you made?
