If i sell a world of warcraft account?
If i sell a world of warcraft account and I get the echeck in paypal then it says it is under investigation is there any way that I can continue the transaction or will it just be instantly terminated.
There are so many ways to scam people when buying/selling accounts I’m surprised people still try to do it.
A favorite trick of gold selling companies is to agree to buy an account and after receiving the information they cancel the payment leaving the seller without their money or their account.
Account sellers will sell the account and then claim to blizzard that it was hacked and go thru the process of reclaiming the account so that they can sell it again. The buyer ends up with out their money and without an account.
As an added bonus, sites that facilitate these kind of transactions generally have keyloggers loaded on their sites. Not only could you lose your account to being hacked, but other information (bank account, etc) could be stolen too.
All totaled, doing things like this are more risky than they are worth. Not only that but they are illegal.
Gifting (giving), trading and selling accounts is against Blizzards TOS. They have gotten very good at recognizing accounts that have changed hands. Accounts that have been transferred in one of these ways can be banned. Then not only would you not have access to any characters on that account, but you will have wasted the money you spent.

Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Blizzard owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Program. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service. Blizzard does not recognize any virtual property transfers executed outside of the Game or the purported sale, gift or trade in the “real world” of anything related to the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell items for “real” money or otherwise exchange items for value outside of the Game.”
