Why does my macbook white struggle with some games?
My macbook has a 256mb nvidia 9400m graphics card, a 2.13 core 2 duo, and 2 gigs of 800 mhz ddr2 sdram. I have downloaded multiple game demos for osx to test its capabilities and the results confuse me. I can play world of warcraft at full settings, age of empires 3 at close to full settings, and call of duty 2 at high settings (iffy), yet this machine struggles for decent fps with older games like unreal tournament 2004 and wolfenstein enemy territory. Why does this happen?
mac books don’t have alot of ram. So in general macintosh aren’t very good for gaming get a windows machine with about 4gb of ram more ram faster the pc, better the processor better gaming experience.
You could try adding more ram in your macbook.
It might be cheaper to get a new pc
