why is it every time i download Blizzard patch something pops up saying Installation Location? ?
this is the message that pops up-
here is what pops up after its done downloading-
World of Warcraft is currently installed at “C:Program FilesWorld of Warcraft”. To avoid patching problems, Blizzard recommends moving this installation into a public folder. Would you like the Installer to move World of Warfcraft during the upgrade process?
yes or no?
click yes. it makes the download process much easier, and easier to find your stuff if you ever decide to install any mods for your gaming.
if you have to move it manually or choose where to put it, it typically goes into your My Computer-> Local disk (C:) -> Program Files. There should be a World of Warcraft file there. if there isnt then make one there. all patches etc. will now go to that file.
